2. Hosting via Cloudflare Pages

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection and log data. This may include the IP address as well as information about network traffic and requested content. The processing is used to deliver the website and to maintain its security, stability and technical operation. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and efficient provision of our website.

Where Cloudflare processes personal data on our behalf, Cloudflare acts as a processor. Cloudflare states that it uses, among other mechanisms, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.

3. Cookies and tracking

GuitarFlowX itself does not use analytics, marketing or tracking technologies on this website. The site does not embed external fonts, analytics scripts or social-media plugins.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle and respond to your request. Depending on the nature of the request, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries). The data is deleted when it is no longer required for handling the request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
